To support these essential operations and ensure the sustainability and quality of the publication process, the journal charges a publication fee of USD 500 per accepted manuscript.

Publication Fee Waiver and Discount Policy

As a non-profit academic journal, our primary mission is to support the dissemination of scientific knowledge and provide equal publishing opportunities for researchers worldwide. Therefore, the journal offers a flexible waiver and discount policy of up to 100% reduction of publication fees for:

• Researchers from developing countries.

• Authors facing financial hardship or inability to pay publication fees.

• Researchers who formally request financial support from the journal.

• Special academic or humanitarian cases evaluated by the editorial board.

Authors who wish to apply for a fee waiver or discount may contact the editorial office and submit a brief request explaining their circumstances. Each request will be reviewed fairly and confidentially.
